Mergers and acquisitions- good idea or too many mega companies? #yetiflagshipaustin

I’m often not a huge fan of company mergers just because some of what makes each small business special can get lost. When there are gaps however in one company’s offerings and the second company improves both of their product lines, then it seems like a good idea. This doesn’t directly add jobs to the Austin economy, but long term if Yeti grows, they may need to add more Texans to their workforce down the road.
