Most of what is being reported is untrue, or half true at best. Some of it is straight up lies. There are some changes being proposed to how homes are bought and sold, but they may not be what you think they are. Enough about realtors and their commission. How are the proposed changes in the realtor lawsuit going to affect buyers and sellers? What does it mean for consumers? I think home prices will actually go up. I'd love to hear your thoughts.
