My two must haves in re-designing homes is the ability to make a HUGE kitchen and a primary bath retreat. I’ll take space from anywhere I can get it to make those 2 areas really shine. A dedicated space in the kitchen for your taller appliances to be stored – like a Vitamix and a KitchenAid mixer, so you can use them easily. A shower big enough to have two showerheads.
