Is this the best time to invest in real estate? Sell at the top, buy at the bottom- that's the investment advice we'd all like to follow, but how do you know when its the bottom? Or top? Home values in Austin took a big dive, but have stabilized year over year and have even ticked back up a smidge. If you are waiting for the bottom, it is safe to say that we have hit that, and we'll stay flat until rates come back down. As you probably know, October is breast cancer awareness month, and this cause is near and dear to my heart. Despite knowing many women who have been affected by breast cancer, many women put off getting screenings, finding the process inconvenient, expensive, and often incomplete, especially for women with dense breast tissue or implants. For those without insurance, it’s even more of a barrier, with costs reaching up to $600 for an exam. That’s where this event invitation comes in. I'm hosting an event this Thursday, with a goal of raising enough money to cover screenings for women in need, helping them access these life-saving tests at no cost.
